i just toke of the head cover to put in new gaskets and i want to clean the head cover?! what would be the best way doing that?water and soap or engine cleaner??

 

head cover?? you mean valve cover??

If so what part are you trying to clean?? where the gasket goes?? If so just take come carb cleaner and a wire brush. If you are trying to clean the whole inside of it. Don't bother won’t do a damn thing.
