Head gasket & Water Pump

Should I use any kind of sealer for the new Headgasket ?
Does the new Water Pump requeire any kind of sealer or just the rubber gasket will do ?
Please advise.

I did a head gasket not long ago and didnt use sealer and it works fine,I would use some on the water pump though.

i only use sealant on the headgasket to help seal around the oil passages. as for the water pump, some use it some dont......i personally dont use sealant and just make sure i have a new seal.
