Yes most likely you are off a tooth if u can check under the timing cover and see if it was off a tooth if not b ring it bak to the mechanic that fixed it to check.

 

Yeah, you're off a tooth. When you bring it back to the mechanic, you should also have him check out the catalytic. If it's messed up, it was him installing the belt wrong that caused that (for the most part, there might have been other small contributors like a bad o2 sensor).
