Default Honda Civic '95 -NEED HELP

okay so i think i want to buy this car so can someone tell me if ts as good as it sounds. the price i $5500 is it worth that? Below is what the seller has told me about the car

Hey testing the water, have a civic coupe turbo tuned/dyno pushing almost 300 horse power but wantd to stay at 10 psi cause drive it to work. The guy who tuned it said its capable of going over 300 with the mods on it now just have to turn the boost up.

Do you understand everything about adding a turbo to a Honda like this? If not, I would advise you to stay away. I have been playing with these cars for 10 years, and even I would not buy a boosted one.

The turbo kit pieces have decent name brands.

Dropzones are junk IMO.
