Ok I was planning on getting a stage 2 Comp cam with springs but now Im only getting the cam...how long would it safely last with my stock springs/retainers? At least 3 months maybe longer? I don't want to mess anything up...oh and btw, my engine only has 74k miles on it and it's a d16y8

 

What does that cam require as per valve train?

If it does require upgrades it may last 5 or 10 minutes
