How much HP can you gain w/out turbo?
First off does anyone know how much it would cost me all in all if I took my car to an engine place and had them put a turbo kit on my car? I'm assuming a lot.
Anyways, how much horsepower could I gain on my 2000 Integra LS without turbo'ing it? and how? I know intake, header, exhaust, but what else can I do?

screw an intake... individual throttle bodies, baby! Trust me, they'll get you a lot more power than any intake will.
Anyway, itb's/bored/stroked/ported/very aggressive cam (stage II or III)/bisimoto header/test pipe/cat-back exhaust/good tune... it'll gain you a good bit of power
See if you can'tpick up theAugust issue of Super Street... it has two great issues about the NA/FI debate (one about the EK's, the other comparing turbo/supercharger/nitrous/naturally aspirated)... it's a good issue.

RE: How much HP can you gain w/out turbo?
well theres an automotive engine rebuilders place near my house, I'll see what they can tell me. I am going to see what I can get out of my engine without forced induction for now, then I'll see what the money situation is next summer. I am 20 and still in college and I deliver pizzas for Toppers (if you've heard of it) but I was told working 20-25 hours a week I'd make between 10-15 grand throughout the school year, if I make around that 15 grand mark then it looks like I'll have a turbo next summer, if it's closer to that 10 grand mark, we'll see.
