Default I Have An Auto Ex

What Am I able to do to an automatic ex .. is there a better automatic engine thats fast that i could put in? Im VERY new to engine swapping and really dont know much. I dont know how to drive a manual so would it be pointless to put a manual engine in and have it be more costly?

My Car -

d16y8
sohc v-tec
ej8

I wouldnt suggest doing a swap if you're a newb honestly...

Ever thought about trying to learn stick? It's actually quite simple

yea i think you could learn how to drive stick, before doing a swap.
Anyways, its actually super easy, I bought my car and just drove around by myself for a while, stalling many times. I just did alot of research to see how it actually worked, and to see what I was doing

B series swap, but good luck finding a B series auto tranny

H series swap (auto tranny more likely with these)

F series swap (auto tranny likely with these)

K series swap (again, good luck finding a working auto tranny)

all of them require work, some more than others, and none of them are very cheap

tbh, you've got one of the two better D series engines, being the D16Z6, and the D16Y8, 1.6L with VTEC

it's an economy car, not a race car

Dont do an F swap unless it is the s2k setup. In my opinion.
