IAC control adjustment

IAC control adjustment
I jjust had the p28 ecu put in with the ex engine in my 95 honda civic. Now the engine is idleing funny and especially when the weather dropped. The guy that put my ecu in suggested i adj. the iac control but i was not sure how. any help would be appreciated guys. thanks

no it is a regular p28 out of a honda civic manual tranny. same year of the engine and all. I saw on the web something about a Idle air control valve and maybe adjusting that. Any suggestions on that let me know
