Default Idle too low? 400-500 rpm?

The car idles at what appears to be 400-500 rpm most of the time, like when I'm sitting at a light in D3/D4 with my foot on the brake. Maybe it's just me but this seems awfully low. Isn't there something I can adjust to up the idle speed a little bit? It doesn't feel rough or slouch when I get going, but it just seems like such a low rpm to be idling at. It's always been like this ever since I've had the car, I just never bothered to mention it before. Any input?

Well, the plugs are NGKs that were installed with the charger, so I don't think that's it. You said you idled at 400-500 stock, what are you idling at now?
