internally balanced or external

i think i know the answer to this but just to be sure i figured i'd throw it up on here. D16Y7, is the engine interally balanced or externally balanced using the crankpulley and flywheel?

It has a harmonic balancer if that is what you were asking.

yeah, that's what i'm lookin for. I doing a lightened fly and crank pulley but i wasn't 100% on the balance of the engine. thanks
