Default its freaken time for a swap!!

yesterday i was driving around w/ my woman then bam the engine dies
so i went and replaced the battery, fine the battery works for so long
then bam the engine dies again at twelve in the morning, i was just coming back from seeing avenge sevenfold in concert and this **** happens
so i am thinking that it is the alternator, but i am tired of this ****!!
my d15,!! i think its time for a swap[:@]

I think so too. What kind of a budget do you have?..

Low budget, go for something like a D16Y8 and do some bolt ons. (135ish hp)

High budget, B18C1. (180hp)

i am looking at a b16 sir swap roughly a 92-95 for my 91 dx

you can get a 91 B16 for way way cheaper then the 92-95. THe OBD 0 is better on the 91 also. If you do gor for an OBD I motor, make sure you get a 91 cable tranny, it will make the swap much much easier.

well if youve got the wiring harness then i think you should go with the 92-95 one.

i see no point in going b series unless you go b18/20.....d16 > b16 =)

apparently you havent driven a b16 swapped civic very much.





and +1 on the OBD0, itll be cheaper and easier.

apparently you havent driven a built d16 very much, spend as much on a b16 on a d16 and see which ones more fun to drive
