RE: JDM D15
its a d15 block with a z6 head. but its a special engine like a b16b ctr engine. it uses a d15 crank and d16 rods which are longer then the d15s, then it uses special shorter pistons to lower the compression height. this give the engine a better rod to stroke ratio, whcih means the piston moves slower allowing for high rpm reliablity.
its a great engine, the cam is a little more agressive too, and i think it has a little bit higher compression over a z6, and better fuel maps in the ecu, and it had an option of an lsd transmission.

i don't know about that, i would think you could add fuel injection, if it had carbs to start i would just put better ones one. a guy on another site uses motorcycle carbs on his d15b2, its a pretty sweet setup
