I've read that swaping the k20a3 head for the k20a is a great idea but how much work would it take. is this something someone can do themselves and if not what is a good price. my local performance shop quoted me $700 for labor is this a fair priceor would it be better to swap a k20a2 instead?

in reply to my own post i found the answer for all others who are asking the same question. the k20a is a better head but i still need to get around the low rpm and cr. im thinking just go k-pro and turbo it later any other ideas.also sill looking for how hard it is to do yourself i didnt see anything in the diy section.
