i just finished installing the head and have low idle. like 200rpm low. it's slow to crank up also. if i rev up the motor no matter how high instead of returning to regular idle it almost dies out or does die out. check engine light is NOT on.
all vacuum hose are connected and i can't hear any leaks. i even tore down the motor to check the timing.

any thoughts?

 

What head? Same one that was already on there? D16Z6?

 

yes. i had the head machined and reinstalled it.

i'm also looking for 2 windshield squirters. mine broke when i tried to pull of the hoses.
please let me know a price + shipping.
