Default Mod vs. Swap

Need some help:

Debating on issue of doing an engine swap or moding. Have D17A1, looking at following mods:
CAI
Header
Exhaulst
Intake Manifold
Stage 1 Cams
TB
VTEC Conversion
Hondata
Cam Gear
Turbo
Fuel Rail and Regulator
Injectors

Or doing a swap. Looking at K24 or K20 swap

Any help please would be great. Thanks

Intake Manifold, TB, Hondata, Regulator
None of these exists for your specific engine, nor do they exist for the D17A2.

Header, Turbo
These are contradictory, if you are getting a turbo don't waste your money on a header you are going to have to remove anyway.

Do the swap.

Swap with a k20 and then you can apply that list to it.

Ok, my goal is 300hp so I know that I'll have to do a swap. Should I get the K24 and swap in an A@ head or just get the K20 type R engine and call it a day? Also if I swap engines, where will I be able to get things like I/H/E/manifold to upgrade? What I want to do is be able to mess with a couple 350's and G35's and be able to so my bubby with a 300C (hemi) what imports can do. Thanks for the help guys.

I understand that currently not all the parts on my list exist, but I can't do all those things at one time. Would work through the list as I could and when part are available and do the turbo last; if I went that way, but I don't think that I would be able to get 300 out of a D17A

I bet you could if the parts exist. If you do a serious turbo set up and reinforce the internals on a D series you can get three hundred horse.

With a turbo and maybe a lil N2O you could pull 300 easily with fully built engine, i.e. full top end and full bottom end.
