As long as you have a good tune along with the turbo you can most likely run a turbo with 6-8 PSI on stock internals

I've been running 6psi on my B16A w/ stock internals for a year now with no problems. just look around i'm sure you can find a tuner somewhere near you.

Thanks for your help as soon as i have the money I will hopefully get a turbo kit shouldnt to be to long does anyone have any advice on what companies kits i should use?
