Default motor swap in my HX

hi, i have 4000 dollars to spend ona motor swap for my 98 Civic HX. lets face it the SOHC VTEC-E isnt cuttin it ne more. i am looking a K24 from an accord cus of the torque they have. but i have heard that a GSR B18C1 is a great choice as well. im looking to cut my e.t. down a little bit. right now i am running a 16.2. which motor will be better for the track? any help would be great, thanks. also, i dont mind converting from OBD II to OBD I with an AEM ECU converter. thanks for ne help. -John

Default RE: motor swap in my HX

The k24 would be the better engine but it cost way too much to swap it in that in my opinion is not worth the trouble. Therefore, I recommend getting the GSR.
