Default motorswap prices, cheap

I was messing around and came across this site called passwordjdm.com. they have everything you need to do a motorswap there for a very reasonable price I thought, hasport mounts and many other accessories. some may know about it already but thought I would share my fresh info I found

actually looking around that site it doesnt look too bad pricewise. with the packages for mounts and stuff you may save a few bucks.

but there are cheaper places. www.sunrisejdmmotors.com is the place recommended by most around here.

motor swaps aren't cheap u should never use the axles that come with it buy new ones and shift linkage. clutch and wires plugs and all that swaps aren't cheap if u do it right

axles that come with a swap arent goign to be any different than axles you buy seperately. same with shift linkage and clutches and everything. theyre all teh same. the ones that come with the engine swaps are usually the axles and shifters that that came out of the same car as the engine. the axles you find on ebay are generally out of junkard cars as well. uh yeah...thats it

I know this is just one example, but a friend of mine did a GSR swap about 2 months ago, and he hasnt had any trouble, and he used the linkages, clutch, and axles that came with it, and he has had ZERO problems. As a side not, the motor came from sunrisejdm.

Yup, Sunrise is quality stuff. They're really thorough about making sure that you actually get the parts they say you get, not just all the broken crap from whatever car they stripped to get it.

the axles u usually get with the swap are old rusty. i had one on my car and lasted a whole month. u can buy gsr axles at autozone brand new for a 100 and its lifetime replacement. your friend got lucky i would rather switch all that stuff out when the motor is out and easy to get at. i am just suggesting u don't have to do it if u feel confident that don't do it i would rather know that i got new parts on there
