my attempt at "rocking the D"
all,
i have started my D series project. I am using a stock dimension D15b7 with shot peened and cryo treated rods, I am also using stock pistons that have been cryo treated but I am using total seal rings. I am using a D15 head that has a port and polish, valve job and a reground cam. other than that the rest of the engine is stock. I am using headman headers, greddy exhaust, a jackson super charger, and a hondata tune. it is nothing extreme because this is my daily driver i am hoping for 175 whp @ 8 psi but it feels good to keep things simple. here is a pick of the donor motor. i will post some pics of the head so you can see what i have gotten done. in the picture the donor motor is on the left, the motor on the right is a fully built 3sgte that i just finished for my MR2, now she is a freaking beast!
do you think i am being realistic or dreaming?
thank you.
v/r,
steven
