need help with pickin d16y8 cam

Default need help with pickin d16y8 cam

i have a 97 civic ex with the y8 in it has i/h/ei have all ready rebuilt the bottom end and jumped the compression up to 11.6 to 1 and a 75 shot on it. i am lookin to buy a cam and spring in the nexted day or 2 but i can cant make my mind up on what cam to get.. i been lookin at the akmee i think it the Type S, or the crower stage 2 or 3, or the comp/zep cams.
or if n e of yall have n e other ideals

i would get which ever cam looks best to you. remember that the stage2 and 3 require stiffer valve springs and with the stage 3 your idles gonna start getting really lumpy

i have a crower stg 3 cam for a d16y8 it is brand new in box and if ur intrested ill email u pictures of it, ill sell it cheap if u pay for shipping
