Need help with swap

I just recently traded my 89 hatch for a 99 four door and am wanting to do a swap just dont know what to do. Please let me know what you think.

really its my wifes car and right now it has a d15b2. I dont know why the dude down graded but that is what is in there and I want something with a little more umph.
