well i wanna go b18c5 then do an all motor...im still thinkin twice about turbo..but i wanna get more props for all motor than forced injection...but yea ofcouse when i get my b18c5 for like 4k im assuming..then ill do a I/H/E and then a short throw kit...N20 definatly..and maybe some ECU upgrades...does that sound right or no?...eventualy i wanna end up putting 20k into my whole thing..maybe 30k
This guy will help you alot
On top of that it is ilegal to swap a B, H, or F series engine in your car as it is against emmision laws. A K swap or a D17 build is all you can do. And dont spend your time modding your car to beat a certain other car. You would be in it for the wrong reasons, do it for you, do it to relax, do it cause you love modding cars, or dont do it at all.

ok well then how can i chip my car..just a performance chip or something...i mean i know nothin about this and cause of school and my job i dont got time to search around...cause my friend chip'd his car and he did somethin to his EMS and fuel blah blah cause of his chip...is there any good chips out there that i can use..or a site i can visit?
Before you spend any money in that car you need to listen to these guys. If there were a magical chip that increased horsepower, gas mileage, and engine efficiency, don't you think honda would manufacture their cars to those specs out of the factory? If you're referring to those $8 piggyback systems on ebay that are advertised to electronically modify the signal to your ECU and give you 25+ horsepower, you're out of luck. Building up your civic takes research, time, and money.
