Default Please help me with Fiance's car

hey guys,

My fiance drives an 02 ford explorer with 48k miles. lately when it idles you will get a squeeking noise from under the hood and it will shake very slightly(like it is going to stall out). first question(s): can anyone tell me why it is doing this? is it a belt problem? and today it stalled out when i was making a right into a parking spot. second question: why would it stall out?

any help is GREATLY appreciated, thank you very much!

p.s. i know its a ford haha but im serious, please help thank you!
