Default q's? on a head build

my mods so far:
97'civic ex d16y8
edelbrock turbo kit
magnaflow high flow cat
n1 drag exhaust
aem pulleys
aem cam
grounding kit
skunk2 68mm throttlebody (match ported to manifold)
buddy club v-con

ok i got a d16y8 head soon to toss in skunk2 titanium retainers/ turbo springs/ and valves. now for the questions. which valves should i choose standard compression or high compression? also if i get the overbored size +.5mm valves how is that going to affect the car daily driven, also i dont know what kind of camshafts to run prolly going to run stock due to comfort unless anyone has any input.

there is so many different ways to port and polish its not even funny, are you looking for a gasket match simple port? street port/polish? N/A head port, F/I port, Nitrous port? Weekend only all out drag car port? hot tanking usually runs about $30-50 bucks depending on were you go

when you gasket match a head you match the intake manifold side and exhaust side. If you are gonna open up the combustion chambers to match the bore of your block your gonna need to CC the chambers so they are even and one doesnt flow more than the other

ah i c thnx for clearing some of that up, now about the valves would there be a difference from the oversized to the stock size? and which ones should i get high compression or standard compression, not going to run that much boost for awhile til i get a aem ems system for the turbo kit.

if your gonna get a turbo camshaft for boost you could go up to a .5mm oversized. Since you arnt going all out on the motor 1mm oversized would be way over kill. I would get a dish style valve for your application.
