Question

Ok guys my friend wanted to know how to turn on his car even though his starter dont work. Please someone let me know so i can let him know. By the way his car is a civic 94 HB.

You could roll it and pop the clutch with the ignition on could you not?

LOL Thanks for the help we tried but didnt turn on I guess something else is wrong with it....so they towed it
