Default Questions on a Radiator

Yes i just found out that my seals are bad on my radiator and i just have a couple of questions on what should i do?

1.) should i just put stop leak and see if that will fix the problem or will that mess something up because i heard that works.

2.) Or should i get a new radiator and thermostat and put it in myself i know there is a top and bottom hose and to drain all the antifreeze out but i really dont know the steps on how to do it i am just trying to get some people opinions on what i should do its a slow leak and it takes about 1 month for it all to leak out and i love working on my 2000 civic but just some things i really dont know how to do so if you could tell me the step by step instrunctions to install a radiator in a civic than i would be happy thanks alot

theres no transmission cooling hose , i've been running my NON HONDA radiatior lol for almost a year now and its one of the best things i've bought for the car , after u fill it with coolant check to see if you have a bleeder valve in my case i have a jdm engine so i dont haveone , what i did was i took the rad cap off and let the car idle untill it reaches running temp , if the fluid drops then add some more , theres a DIY around here try to look for it
