Default A quick question

I drive a 1998 honda Civic LX, Manual, and my friend drives a 1997 Honda Civic EX.(manual as well)

Our engines look excatly the same, and I kicked his *** dragging. He's been driving stick longer then I have and supposedly his car has more HP then mine. He has a short ram and an catback.

But I'm wondering if it's the small things that are killing him (like the fuel filter, oil filter, ect.)

Anyone have any input into why I can win?!?

Another question, My dumb *** brother took off my dizzy, and then put it back on, now the goddamn car won't start.
What the hell did he do?!?

I drive a 91 dx hatch, I dragged my buddy with a 98 ex coupe. I beat him by a car length and his whole engine is rebuilt (bored, cams, headers, exhaust, etc.) I dont have nearly as much done to my car, But I know I beat him because of weight. He had full kit and two twelves in his trunk. Does your buddy have subs or is he kitted? Is your clutch newer? he could be slippin.
Have u tried switchin cars and draggin? What is the engine mileage on ur cars? there are tons of factors.

I hope you were doing this at a track and not on public streets.
