Ok my sister backed into my damn car pretty bad on the front right side the air bags blew and now the car wont start i was wondering if i need a new computer for the car or something. My uncle said that it might reset the computer and wont allow fuel to pump because of the air bags deploying. If any one has any help please let me know i dont want to take it to the shop for a job i know i can fix myself thanks

 

what year and trim is your car? if you would like to reset your computer and see what happens, remove the negative battery terminal for 10 sec and re install.

 

well theres no time limit...remove the trminal with your door open, by disconecting the trminal, you are sucking all of the juice out of the system. simulateing a dead batery....and the ECU resets... reseting it should solve your problem.
