planning on cleaning out the engine on my 95 ex... before i go hosing down random places, i was wondering if i needed to cover the sensors, and if so, where are they..?

while i'm at it, i'll ask this: how do i take the valve cover off, planning on painting the cover... be dangerously specific, from spark plug removal to bolts and crap... thanx
