stutter on acceleration

Question stutter on acceleration

the guy i got my 92 hatch from, d15b7 i believe, had the head reworked and said that every since then the car stutters when u give it gas. im thinking it may be a fuel filter or dirty injector but im not sure. any ideas on it?

Is the CEL ON (see link in my signature)?

If you have not already done so, then I would recommend that you begin with a basic tune up by replacing the plugs (NGK), wires (Honda), distributor cap, and rotor.

The timing belt possibly was not installed properly when the head was reworked, so next check the ignition timing using a timing gun:
