3 tons for a passenger econo box? Many trucks are not even close to 3 tons.

Civic is around 2600 lbs. Give or take 400.

LOL Yeah, just got done looking at wikipedia for the weights for the 98 model year. Yeah I was WAY off. I did a little research, and unless I get a better job between now and the end of the year, I think I'm going to do a B16A2 swap with an engine from a 99. They're cheaper, and kind of similar in performance (except torque) as a GSR and definitely easier to get. BUT if I do wind up going back to work in the oilfield, this will be a snap and I'll have a Type R. Sure miss bringing home $2700 every two weeks. Now I barely make $750. >

So you are going to pull your current 1.6L, for another 1.6L? B16's are not worth it IMO.

I don't know. Like I said, if I wind up going back to the oilfield or working at a state prison, I'll more than likely get a B18. Money is just tight. That's why I started fixing little stuff on my car in the meantime to keep busy. I would really like to have a B18. And if I'm making killer money in the oilfield again, I'm getting a B18C.
