i have a 96 civic non vtec sohc ok...near future, im planning to do an engine swap, what kind? i was looking into either b16a b16b (ctr) b18c5 or h22a-s i dont kno, i was just looking at jdmcustoms, and saw those engines, i mean i dont have a limit, cuz ill save till whatever the price, but i mean there is SOME kind of limit...and with knownig that, i also need to kno, becuase i will boost it, whats the best i can get out of the engine? what combinations should i get with my engine? whats best possible boost?

 

b16 with an SC, or b18c1 with turbo.

 

uhhh how come not the b16b (Ctr)? for turbo charging?

 

CR is too high, and you cant run enough boost to make it worth the extra 2-3 grand it costs over a b16a2. though the tranny with an LSD is a great addition to the boosted b-series.
