so, the same guy that i bought my turbonetics kit from is gonna buy it back from me. well, it turns out he also has a LS block sittin around. so im thinking of offering him: i give him the turbo kit for his LS block, and he gives me $200 in cash. now im not sure what condition the block is in, but lets pretend that its in good condition. ive wanted to do an LS/VTEC swap for a while now and now here's my chance. what do you guys think?

you are going to need more than the block for the swap. you are going to need the ecu, tranny, axles, wiring harness, ecu, shift linkage and i forget if im missing anything else. you are going to be spending more money in the long run, why dont you just put the turbo kit on your car right now?

wow.. i didnt think id need everything else since i already have everything needed for the b16, i thought itd just be a direct drop in. thanks guys. and aryiman, im selling the kit because i had it on for a while, but i kept having problems, constant oil leaks, and i detonated a piston, and i just want a reliable engine that will last me for a while, so i took it off. plus, the turbo seals are gone and i dont want to have to worry about replacing them
