Now I'm completely new to all this car stuff since I recently bought a '99 civic lx. I have a d16y7 engine and it runs very well. I was planning on doing a mini swap, if that's what you call it, and putting the a y8 head on the engine.

Would ebay be all right to buy one. There seems to be one for $80 dollars. Is this a good price or too good to be true?

Also how much would it cost to bring it to a mechanic to have it put in? I have no idea on how to install one myself so does anyone have a rough estimate as to how many hours of labor it is or any rough price range?
