Default throttle body and intake manifold questions

have a 2000 integra ls (going to do a vtec head swap next summer) but it has 140 stock hp. I have all good name brand cold air intake, header, and cat back exhaust already installed.

If I were to throw on a skunk2 intake manifold and skunk2 throttle body, should I notice a decent increase in power? Also what would be some estimates of how much horsepower I have after all 5 of these things are installed?

manifold I have no idea, maybe 8-10 hp tops. TB will do nothing for you. After all 5 id say your driving a 155-160 hp car.

While you're at it, put some cams in there too.

Maybe try a throttle body spacer, some feel the difference others don't. For me, it worked. I'd try that before i get a larger TB.
