Default b16 horsepower expectations with intake manifold and throttle body

Alright so I have a b16a in my 97 civic. I am thinking about adding a bit more horsepower I am not expecting crazy power gains but I want to know what a skunk2 intake manifold and matching throttle body will add to my engine when it already has a k&n intake as well as headers and exhuast. I was hoping about 10 - 15hp. I was also curious with that setup how much a skunk 2 stage one cam with the stock valvetrain might add to my power. Alright well anyone with any info that would be great.

Default RE: b16 horsepower expectations with intake manifold and throttle body

before the stage one cam you will prbably add about 20-25hp to your car with everything. atleast to the motor. who knows about the wheels. when i say 20-25 i am including everything you have on there as well. i cant wait for the intake manifold to come out for my car. it adds about 10% hp on most applications. so if your horse power is 150 to the motor, then your looking at about 165 to the motor, you will notice the differnence. about 140.25hp to the wheels
