Default timing belt

so im at 123K miles and well i think to be on the safe side its due time to get a timing belt kit IE tensenor and pump and belt

and i know shops charge and *** load..

so whats the difficulty level on this?? what things should i def keep an eye on so i dont F the motor up because i would rather do it my self than some shop. And i assume that i dont need to take the engine out ya stupid question but i gotta make sure. thanks
