has anybody got the torque settingsfor a b16a2 crankshaft bearing end caps and conrod big ends please and thanks

its a 99 ek4 civic coupe vti its an english model b16a2 dohc vtec turbo just need the settings i mentioned b4 i think thats all the info u need thanks for the reply and any info u have.
