I did some research before... all that I could find was the cap and rotor. I was planning on saving up and using good parts, but my head gasket went, and I had to get it done. I wasnt going to waste money on a new stock head... It would've been pointless.

Alright... it was the ground. The one on the valve cover didnt do it... but there's one that goes from the car to the tranny that my buddy disconnected for some reason or another. Apparently that ground is for the crank sensor..that got it to crank. We got all the other little **** done, just gotta get the timing gun out and work from there tonight.

Well... It's firing, and it runs................but on 3 cylinders!!! wtf. It has spark. I'm thinking that maybe the z6 manifold I got had bad a bad injector??? If the timing was off woult that cause the number one cylinder to be off... Those are the only two options that I can think of. Any advice???

interesting.......yea check the injectors and see what you find. i dont know how to tell if they're good or not tho. is the #1 cylinder looking flooded at all? if the timing was off i'd expect it to still combust. you got me on this problem.
