Default upgrade help needed new to this

i have a 98 civic hx with the d16y5 engine. wondering what upgrades will give my car a little more pep if you will. i have done a 4 into 1 header with high flow converter and a catback exhaust. wondering if chips are any good, upgrading clutch and/or flywheel are worth it, also things for handeling such as suspension. any suggestions are appreciated!!! thanks!!!

Look into an intake system like a cold air intake or short ram intake. Also you can do a mini-me swap to add vtec to your engine and gain nice power. Dont do the clutch/flywheel unless its slipping and you need a new one. Stay far away from the chips, they are no good. Suspension, look into some braces such as tie bars for under the car and on the shock towers in the trunk and engine bay. Check out Koni shocks with Ground Control coilovers for the best bang for buck suspension out there.
