V-tec solenoid fit?

ive got a y8 head and it is without the v-tec solenoid could anybody tell me if this one will fit and if so how much should i be paying for it? Name: IMG_2057.jpg

what did it come from? only a y8 vtec solnoid will fit.
can you get a pic of the other side
