hi im new to this stuff
how much is this going to cost me I live 4 hours away from Toronto
guy said something about need tuned with 3 bar map sensor
what do I need to do step my step? or where do I go to get this done and price?

You are crazy to consider someone's half ***-ed project IMO.
Tuning is done at a shop. Find a performance shop and ask them what they suggest for tuning. I enjoyed playing with Hondata S300 when I was doing that sort of stuff.
