Default What to do?

Ok, with my newly swaped sir II b16a I have plans on going forced induction. I want a decently fast car with quarter mile times close to at least 13 seconds flat 1/4 mile. Should I get a jackson racing supercharger and possibly build all the internals with stronger rods and lower compression pistons with a stage 2 cam upgrade. Or should I go turbo and do the same except with a turbo camshaft??? I want it to be street drivable and a daily driver 5 months out of the year. I know theres other stuff to get like fuel management and ect but its these options I would like help with. Thanks!
