"Pain In The A**" P.I.T.A.

I am just curious. Should I put the d16z6 motor out of my civic in my del sol or save up and put a b16a or a b18c1/5 in it? I unfortunately wrecked my civic and it isn't in what we would say "running condition". I know that a b16a would be a lot cheaper but if I was to get it I would boost it. So I don't know what to do.

soo correct me if im wrong you wanna put the d16z6 motor in your del sol well its a good idea but your gonna have to wire up v-tec in your del sol if you dont have it. ummm i say you go with the b18c1/5 cause its pretty fast in a 5g civic they run about 13's. but you want to put b16 turbo be my guest its gonna cost you as much as the b18 tho.

 

which would be faster though? a all motor b18c or boosted b16a. Yeah I'm wanting to put the d16 in it just to get it running, because it has a 1.5 liter non-vtec in it right now. Then in a couple of months I wanna upgrade. That is why I'm asking. All I would have to do is label all the wires on the ecu and pull everything out except the tranny and then put it in the del sol, then wire the ecu back in where the old one was I think, but I'm not sure.
