soon, i am hoping to get my b16 so i am trying to figure out what things to put into the engine when i get it, i am looking at a skunk2 stage 1+ cams and a skunk obd1 ecu with a skunk intake manifold

 

are you thinking about turboing the motor at all in the future, or are you going to stay N/A?

 

i want to stay n/a but turbo is tempting, or at least until i save the money![&:]

 

Ok, well I dont know when you're thinkng about turboing, but if in the near future, dont bother getting a header and a cold air intake. But it its going to be a while, you can look in to getting a DC 4-2-1 header, and AEM cold air intake for a start. Follow up by a good exhuast, theres plenty out there, take your pick, Greddy, Magnaflow, Apexi, DC, are just a few. Skunk2 manifold will be a nice addition, meet it up with an after market throttle body, BBK, Holley, Skunk2 make them. Skunk2 stage 1 cams will also make a big difference with your manifold, and the TB. These are just some ideas. Look on ebay for all your parts first.

 

If you are going to spend the money on a cam, get a stage 2.

 

If thats the case, be sure to get aftermarket valve springs and retainers.
