What should I do?

I wanna turbo my civc (1997 Civic EX) but I really don't feel the stock engine has the power potential I'd like. What would be a good engine to swap in and then boost?

k series if you have the cash, but a nice b18c1 would hold you over really nicly with a turbo

Your stock motor will do alright turboed. 200hpish before you'd have to change the rods.
