what are those things that alot of ppl have on their engine that are like tubes running to each cylinder.

Individual throttle bodies. ITBs for short.

the blue things going to each cylinder...i guess sparkplug wires but why dont i have them like that on my car? and is there more than one way to have them in there and is that way betteR?

Those are sparkplug wires. I've heard oem is the only way to go. I think i will keep mine stock.
