Well I don't need to win races , really but, I would like it to move out a bit. I am a high speed Civic driver, you know how we all are. Some have said, e-bay has swaps for like $750.00 so, that's kinda what I was thinking on price.

Thank you Jeff!
That's really more of the help I'm looking for, that's constructive helpful help !
HellI left daycare way too many years ago to be talked to like some child. Hell I've probably been driving longer than most tuner tuners have even been alive !hahahaa........... Do I need the tranny and or anything else with a d15b. Just wondering how close a swap it is.Thanks again Jeff !
nope all u need is an engine and an ecu, so if you find a good deal on engine only, you can just go junk yard driving for a 92-95 with Vtec (either an EX or an SI) there will probably be some minor wiring alterations, mostly to accomadate the add vtec.
my 94 ex had this swap done to it before i owned it and they used the stock ecu so that shouldnt be a problem.
and dont give the other guys too hard of a time, the D-series engine isnt a performance monster. In the long run an investment in a B-series is goint to have more performance potential, everyone has their oppinions. and they are very right dont buy the engine from ebay.

And, thanks for the ebay warning even though that sucks, you can see some okay deals of the motors there but, guess I better shy away from there maybe.
As for not giving the others too hard a time. Well, normally I would'nt say a word. But, when a person starts off with, " FIRST OFF YOU ARE NOT doing this , getting that" , how the hell does he know anything about what I can or can't get when he has no clue where I even am. He don't know me. So, IF he wants to advise that's cool but to get cocky with me at the same time and try telling me what I will and what I wont be getting in that manner just don't cut it with me. Ya know one of those, things that bring songs to mind like , " wish you we're here ".
Thanks again Jeff ! Peace !
your best bet would to be a B16a good reliable power and really cost effective if you find a good site(around 2k). passwordjdm is good little pricey but its good stuff, jspecauto is good also
