Default Whats the next step?

i have a 1990 civic dx with a 90-93 ls motor, it has a vtech head im not sure from what i bought it like that. it has a fuel rail fuel pressure regulator, intake, intake manifold,headers,exhaust, and some apexi electronic device.. it reads my rpms but it controls a bunch or crap.. i dont know how to work it and i cant remember exactly what it does.. but what my next step other than a different engine

the apexi electronic device sounds like a AFC you can control ho mucn fuel you are putting into the motor with that and its pretty confusing on how to work it if you dont learn from someone who already knows how just be careful and dont get on there and start pushing buttons because that could screw up your motor. and if you have a LS/VTEC motor what do you need a new motor?how many miles are on it?how does it run?

I was gonna say something to that effect, but I didn't want to be known as the VTEC ****... oh well.
