But yeah, street racing is pretty dumb.

If you're gonna do it, please at least don't do it around anyone else besides the person you're racing, and don't have anyone riding in the car with you. If you and the other street racer are going to put your lives in danger, don't put anyone else's in danger too.

I got new tires for the rear. and tomorrow I'll get new one's up front, along with oil change & an alignment. and I'll be a whole lot more once football season is over. Go Eagles!!(surprised we got this far.)

 

You sound like that tool who wanted to street race me the other day. Cuts off my friend and drives beside me in a 2003+ 300z bliping the throttle like nuts all the while I'm hysterically laughing at him not to mention I have a car in front of me while he had a clear lane... biggest tool to date that guy. Hahah still haven't found a red wrinkle. I saw my brake cleaner sitting beside my clock last night an.d said **** it so I'm going to buy a black wrinkle today actually.

And give me a brake, for the last 3 weeks I've been waking up at noon and today's my first day back at work.. Yes I'm working as I type this... hahaha

first off i take offense to that....
1. i DE-RICED my civic when i got it! that means removed all the stickers and the ricer muffler off also and replaced it with stock muffler.
2. i bought it with the front end smashed in and im going to repaint it in the spring.
3. i also upgraded the front end of my 96 to a 99-00 style when I replaced all the front end parts myself.
4. i dont drive like an idiot and defiantly dont brag about doing it!
5. i dont race anyone first off i know im driving a civic! second part street racing is stupid and expensive! get a ticket in some states and loose your whole car to the crusher, go on high risk car insurance and pay all the court fees. street racing is very foolish!

and ive only had my rims on the car for only 30miles in the last month because i put my good steelies on my black civic when i sold it. or i would still have the stock steelies and factory hubcaps on them. im not trying to race or show off my silver civic. its my project. now if i had a racing strip down the primered front end or the whole thing in primer then that would give a civic a bad rep. a primered front end just means the front end was in a wreck and not painted yet. nothing more nothing less.
ive been driving my truck daily since i got it so the silver civic doesnt even get on the road very often anymore.
and if you pulled up next to me acting like you wanted to race id also just laugh at you and keep driving normal! no matter what im driving! for me to beat you street racing means nothing or if you even beat me it means nothing. if you want to show how fast your car is PLEASE go to the track on amateur night /test N tune nights and have fun where its all safe to race!
street racing can easily cost lifes, typical innocent lives at that!

and last but not least heres my old civic that i did all the work to myself. very clean!

also, it's winter, so that probably explains the 4x4 stance, making the rims look odd

A 40 yr old just did that the other day, but he was racing himself... He barely lived. 140 km/h (86mph) on a 50km/h(31MPH) road BAM light post. It was a Cobalt though not a Civic.
